RETURNS POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there will be absolutely no returns or exchanges. We are not responsible if your wig doesn't fit due to inaccurate measurements. If you are sending in your own hair bundles, closures/frontals THEY MUST be the same texture and correlate in lengths. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE, CLASS, or WIG ORDER.
SHIPPING
Shipment and processing time: Processing time for ALL PRODUCT ORDERS may take 2-3 business days.
Turnaround time for all custom wig orders have an ESTIMATED 21 business days turn around once the hair is received from the customer. Shipping for all items take an ESTIMATED 5-7 business days via (USPS).
WIGS FROM OUR COLLECTION TAKE AN ESTIMATED 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS FOR SHIPPING. SALES MAY EXTEND PROCESSING TIME.
